Hello Beautiful Souls,
As you might have noticed I am trying a new platform for this workshop. The previous year's workshops were held on Typepad and every time Apple updated the iOS, we had login problems.  I am hoping the new platform will eliminate that and be a more enjoyable user experience.

If you have never been in one of my workshops before...you'll soon realize that I am not a hand holder when it comes to creating art!  I want you to jump in, get messy and understand that there is NO RIGHT WAY or WRONG WAY to create art!  Don't be scared, don't be shy....when in doubt...throw paint.  I want my lessons to give you tons of inspiration.  I don't like to be called a "teacher", because I feel I'm more of an "inspirer".  That's not an actual word, but you get the point.

You won't find me telling you to put the red color here, and then outline in blue....blah...blah...blah.  I want you to watch the videos and get ideas!  In fact, I hope you don't finish the video because your so jazzed up on inspiration that you just have to go create! 

Each month I'll be adding new content.  At the beginning of each lesson, you will see a year.  This was the year that the lesson was created.  I try to organize them for you, but you can do them in any order you desire.  Some of the lessons have supply lists for your convenience.  But there is NO FORMAL SUPPLY LIST.  Please use what you have on hand.  Substitute!  If you see something that excites you in the video that you want to try out...Fantastic.  But, don't feel like you need to run out and buy something before you've seen it in action.  

Every one of us has our own style.  It's just like our handwriting.  It's very hard for us to see our own style, but I can assure you it's there. Please don't be a wallflower and post your work in the Facebook group.  This has always been a loving and supportive community for artists to share.  I'm sure this year will be no exception.

You guys are the best!  I'm so excited about this journey with you!!!
