2016 - Goodbye is Hello

Please note:

On larger works...I think it's super important to mix the joint compound with an archival medium like Light Molding Paste, other Molding Paste or even a gel medium.  This increases it's archival qualities and helps keep it from flaking later.  This painting was sprayed with a multiple coats of spray varnish. This acts as a fixative for watercolor too. When the painting had sufficient coats of spray varnish, it was then finished with a liquid varnish for extra protection.
